Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. All sales are final.

 

We understand that skin care, cleaning, and scent products can be difficult to order online, that is why we offer many of our products in sample or trial sizes so that you can experiment.

Kentucky Blue Soap & Scent LLC is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients.

 

People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt, always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt of package and contact us immediately at support@kentuckybluesoap.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos so we can see the issue as well. We will answer all calls and emails within 48 hours not including weekends or holidays.
